Marc Defends His Win at 70.3 Cozumel
Marc traded rose on the Riviera for Modelos in Mexico in his decision to race in Cozumel over Worlds in Nice. At the race on September 20th, he had the fastest swim and the fastest bike of the day to earn a first place finish 4:30 faster than his win there two years ago.
IRONMAN 70.3 New York Augusta
Jackson Laundry and Nick Chase went from sandy beaches to sandy bunkers when IRONMAN 70.3 New York was cancelled due to gusty winds and wet conditions. A 13 hour road trip led to a 1, 3 finish for the duo! Listen more on their mindset to pivot on such short notice on the most recent Real Triathlon Podcast - on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts.)

Unhinged Pro Tips!!
We asked out pros for their most unhinged pro tips. Some delivered such radical advice that they wished to remain anonymous.
Intimacy before workouts - gamechanger.
If youâre not feeling motivated to do a workout, just drink a(nother) cup of coffee and see what happens. Usually you canât sit still and end up doing the workout!
If your Garmin says âunproductive,â just remember itâs a watch and youâre a grown person.
Sometimes intentionally making things harder on yourself can be good. Being uncomfortable (as long as you complete the âthingâ) is really good mental training.đ
