Do I need a certain fitness level?

No. We coach first-timers through seasoned Ironman finishers. What matters is willingness to communicate and show up consistently.

What tech do I need?

At minimum: a way to view your training and record workouts. A GPS watch and power meter add detail but aren't mandatory to start.
