How does online triathlon coaching work?

We meet you where you are: your coach builds a training plan around your life, uploads it into your training platform, and then adjusts as your schedule, fatigue, and feedback change. Communication happens via messages, feedback on key sessions, and check-ins so you're rarely guessing what's next.

Do I need a certain level of fitness to start?

No. We coach athletes from first-time triathletes to seasoned Ironman finishers and elites. The important part is that you're willing to communicate honestly and show up consistently within the time you have available.

What tools or tech do I need for online coaching?

At minimum, you'll need a way to view your training (phone or computer) and record basic workout data. A GPS watch, bike computer, and power meter can add more detail, but they're not mandatory to start.
