Triathlon coaching for athletes who are done guessing.

EndureAll Coaching works with triathletes who are committed to their goals—whether that's finishing a first sprint race or qualifying for Kona. We coach the whole athlete: the training, the race strategy, the life management, and the mindset.

Our triathlon coaches build plans that are grounded in data and experience, and that flex with the realities of life as an age-group competitor, parent, or professional.

First-time triathletes

New to swimming, cycling, or running all three? A triathlon coach removes the guesswork and builds your confidence from the first training week to the finish line.

Busy age-group athletes

You have a career, a family, and a race on the calendar. A coach helps you make every hour count so you don't sacrifice your life training for a triathlon.

Athletes targeting 70.3 or Ironman

Long-course racing rewards preparation. A triathlon coach structures the build, manages your load, and prepares your race-day execution so nothing is left to chance.

Competitive age-groupers

Chasing podiums, Kona slots, or personal bests requires specificity and accountability. We'll build the program that gets you there.

What triathlon coaching includes.

Our coaches work with you across every element of triathlon preparation—not just writing workouts. From building your aerobic base to executing a race plan under pressure, we coach the full picture.

1:1 Triathlon Coaching

Work directly with your triathlon coach on a fully customized swim, bike, run, and strength plan—structured around your race calendar, life schedule, and individual physiology.

  • Periodized training built for your target event distance
  • Weekly plan adjustments based on fatigue, schedule, and feedback
  • Direct access to your coach for questions and guidance

Swim, Bike & Run Development

Triathlon demands competency across all three disciplines. We identify your limiters and allocate training accordingly—so you improve where it matters most and protect your strengths.

  • Swim technique assessment and drill-based development
  • Bike power and cycling economy work for long-course racing
  • Run durability and off-the-bike running performance

Race Preparation & Execution

Race day success comes from preparation, not luck. Your coach builds a detailed race plan covering pacing, nutrition, transitions, and mental strategy—tested during your training block.

  • Pacing and power targets for bike and run
  • Nutrition and hydration plans dialed in before race day
  • Taper structure and race week routine

Triathlon coaching FAQ

Common questions from athletes considering working with a triathlon coach for the first time—or switching to a new coach.

What does a triathlon coach actually do?

A triathlon coach designs and manages your training plan across all three disciplines—swim, bike, and run—and adjusts it as your fitness, life, and race goals evolve. Beyond writing workouts, a good coach helps with race selection, pacing strategy, race-day nutrition, recovery, and the mental side of long-course preparation. The goal is to help you perform at your best while staying healthy and enjoying the process.

Do I need triathlon experience to work with a coach?

No. We work with athletes at every level—from people who have never competed in a triathlon to seasoned age-groupers and elites. What matters more than experience is intent: if you're serious about your goal and willing to communicate honestly, coaching will work for you.

How is working with a coach different from following a plan?

A training plan can't adapt to you. It doesn't know when work gets hectic, when you're carrying residual fatigue, or when you need a confidence boost vs. a harder week. A triathlon coach responds to what's actually happening—adjusting load, pacing, and structure in real time so the plan serves you instead of the other way around.

How many hours per week does triathlon coaching require?

It depends on your event and goals. Sprint and Olympic athletes can train effectively on 6–10 hours per week. 70.3 athletes typically invest 8–13 hours at peak, and Ironman athletes 10–16 hours. We work within your actual time constraints—not an idealized schedule.

Can I be coached remotely if I don't live near a coach?

Yes. All of our coaching is available fully remote. Your plan is uploaded to your training platform, and your coach communicates with you via session feedback, messages, and regular check-ins. Most of our athletes train remotely and get the same quality of coaching as those who train locally.

How do I find the right triathlon coach for me?

Book a free consult with us. We'll talk through your race goals, current fitness, schedule, and what you've tried before. If we're a good fit, we'll walk you through what the first few months of coaching would look like and which program makes the most sense for you.
